Spootly ne diffuse ni ton adresse e-mail, ni ta date de naissance, ni tes coordonnées GPS à d'autres utilisateurs. Le serveur ne les envoie tout simplement pas à l'application.
Le traitement repose sur l'exécution du contrat que constituent les conditions d'utilisation (compte, mise en relation, messagerie), sur ton consentement pour l'accès à la position — révocable à tout moment dans les réglages d'iOS, sachant que l'application cesse alors de fonctionner — et sur l'intérêt légitime à la sécurité pour les blocages et les signalements.
Aucune donnée n'est vendue, ni utilisée à des fins publicitaires. Spootly n'intègre ni traceur publicitaire, ni outil de mesure d'audience tiers.
Tes données sont conservées tant que ton compte existe. La suppression du compte, depuis ton profil, est immédiate et définitive : profil, photos, swipes, matchs, messages et scores sont effacés en cascade. Les signalements, les suspensions et les verdicts d'analyse des photos peuvent être conservés le temps nécessaire au traitement de l'incident, et pour établir qu'une décision a bien été prise — au plus deux ans après la fermeture du cas.
Tu disposes d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de portabilité, de limitation et d'opposition. L'effacement est directement accessible dans l'application. Pour le reste, écris à contact@spootly.app. Tu peux aussi saisir l'autorité compétente : le PFPDT en Suisse, ou l'autorité de protection des données de ton pays dans l'Union européenne.
Spootly est interdit aux moins de 18 ans. Un profil qui paraît appartenir à une personne plus jeune peut être signalé depuis l'application et sera supprimé.
Deux mécanismes agissent seuls, sans qu'une personne les déclenche :
Une suspension n'efface rien et se lève. L'application t'annonce la décision et son motif, et te donne une adresse pour la contester : tout cas contesté est relu par un humain, et tu peux demander que ta position soit prise en compte avant qu'une décision définitive ne soit prise.
La base, les photos et l'authentification sont hébergées par Supabase dans l'Union européenne (Irlande). L'analyse des photos, l'acheminement des e-mails et celui des notifications passent par des prestataires établis aux États-Unis (Google, Resend, Apple). Ces transferts s'appuient sur les garanties reconnues par le Conseil fédéral — cadre de protection des données Suisse–États-Unis, ou clauses contractuelles types.

Spootly never discloses your email address, your date of birth or your GPS coordinates to other users. The server simply does not send them to the app.
Processing relies on performance of the contract formed by the terms of use (account, matching, messaging), on your consent for location access — revocable at any time in iOS settings, bearing in mind the app then stops working — and on legitimate interest in safety for blocks and reports.
No data is sold or used for advertising. Spootly contains no advertising tracker and no third-party analytics.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting the account, from your profile, is immediate and permanent: profile, photos, swipes, matches, messages and scores are erased in cascade. Reports, suspensions and photo analysis verdicts may be kept for as long as needed to handle the incident, and to show that a decision was actually taken — at most two years after the case is closed.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. Erasure is available directly in the app. For anything else, write to contact@spootly.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority: the FDPIC in Switzerland, or your national data protection authority in the European Union.
Spootly is not available to anyone under 18. A profile that appears to belong to a younger person can be reported from within the app and will be removed.
Two mechanisms act on their own, without anyone triggering them:
A suspension erases nothing and can be lifted. The app tells you the decision and its reason, and gives you an address to contest it: every contested case is reviewed by a human, and you may ask for your position to be considered before any final decision.
The database, photos and authentication are hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). Photo analysis, email delivery and notification delivery go through providers established in the United States (Google, Resend, Apple). These transfers rely on the safeguards recognised by the Swiss Federal Council — the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses.

Spootly gibt weder deine E-Mail-Adresse noch dein Geburtsdatum noch deine GPS-Koordinaten an andere Nutzer weiter. Der Server sendet sie schlicht nicht an die App.
Die Verarbeitung stützt sich auf die Vertragserfüllung gemäß den Nutzungsbedingungen (Konto, Vermittlung, Nachrichten), auf deine Einwilligung für den Standortzugriff – jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen widerrufbar, wobei die App dann nicht mehr funktioniert – sowie auf das berechtigte Interesse an Sicherheit bei Blockierungen und Meldungen.
Es werden keine Daten verkauft oder für Werbung genutzt. Spootly enthält weder Werbetracker noch Analysewerkzeuge Dritter.
Deine Daten werden gespeichert, solange dein Konto besteht. Die Löschung des Kontos im Profil ist sofort und endgültig: Profil, Fotos, Swipes, Matches, Nachrichten und Ergebnisse werden kaskadierend gelöscht. Meldungen, Sperrungen und Ergebnisse der Fotoprüfung können so lange aufbewahrt werden, wie es zur Bearbeitung des Vorfalls nötig ist, und um zu belegen, dass ein Entscheid getroffen wurde – höchstens zwei Jahre nach Abschluss des Falls.
Dir stehen Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Einschränkung und Widerspruch zu. Die Löschung ist direkt in der App verfügbar. Für alles Weitere schreib an contact@spootly.app. Du kannst dich auch an die zuständige Behörde wenden: den EDÖB in der Schweiz oder deine nationale Datenschutzbehörde in der Europäischen Union.
Spootly ist Personen unter 18 Jahren nicht zugänglich. Ein Profil, das einer jüngeren Person zu gehören scheint, kann in der App gemeldet werden und wird entfernt.
Zwei Mechanismen greifen von selbst, ohne dass jemand sie auslöst:
Eine Sperrung löscht nichts und lässt sich aufheben. Die App nennt dir den Entscheid und seinen Grund und gibt dir eine Adresse, um ihn anzufechten: jeder angefochtene Fall wird von einem Menschen geprüft, und du kannst verlangen, dass dein Standpunkt vor einem endgültigen Entscheid berücksichtigt wird.
Datenbank, Fotos und Authentifizierung werden von Supabase in der Europäischen Union (Irland) gehostet. Fotoprüfung, E-Mail- und Mitteilungszustellung laufen über Anbieter mit Sitz in den USA (Google, Resend, Apple).
