Spootly met en relation des personnes qui cherchent un partenaire pour pratiquer un sport (tennis, padel, football, basketball, volleyball, golf) à proximité l'une de l'autre. Spootly n'est pas un service de rencontre. L'éditeur est Aleksandar Arsic, Ecoparc de Daval C13, 3960 Sierre, Suisse.
L'inscription est réservée aux personnes âgées d'au moins 18 ans. En créant un compte, tu déclares avoir cet âge. Un compte par personne. L'accès à ta position est obligatoire : sans elle, l'application ne peut proposer personne et ne fonctionne pas.
La connexion se fait par un code à usage unique envoyé à ton adresse e-mail. Tu es responsable de l'accès à cette boîte. Prénom et date de naissance sont figés après la création du compte. Tu peux supprimer ton compte à tout moment depuis ton profil : la suppression est définitive et efface profil, photos, partenaires, conversations et scores.
Les contenus répréhensibles et les comportements abusifs n'ont aucune place sur Spootly. Sont notamment interdits :
Chaque profil peut être signalé et chaque personne bloquée depuis l'application. Les signalements sont examinés et un compte peut être suspendu ou supprimé sans préavis. Contact : contact@spootly.app.
Tes photos et tes messages restent les tiens. Tu accordes à Spootly le droit limité de les stocker et de les afficher aux personnes concernées, uniquement pour faire fonctionner le service. Ce droit prend fin avec la suppression du contenu ou du compte.
Spootly ne vérifie pas l'identité des personnes inscrites et n'organise pas les séances. Toute rencontre a lieu sous ta seule responsabilité. Prends les précautions d'usage : premier rendez-vous dans un lieu public, prévenir un proche. La pratique sportive comporte des risques que tu assumes.
Le service est fourni en l'état, sans garantie de disponibilité continue. Dans les limites permises par le droit applicable, la responsabilité de l'éditeur est limitée aux dommages directs résultant d'une faute qui lui serait imputable.
Tu peux partir quand tu veux en supprimant ton compte. L'éditeur peut fermer un compte en cas de manquement aux présentes conditions.
Ces conditions te lient à Aleksandar Arsic, et non à Apple. Apple n'est en rien responsable de Spootly ni de son contenu. Apple n'assure aucune maintenance ni assistance, et n'accorde aucune garantie sur l'application : toute réclamation relative à Spootly — conformité, responsabilité du fait des produits, atteinte à des droits de tiers, protection des consommateurs — relève de l'éditeur, dans les limites permises par la loi. En cas de défaut de l'application, tu peux en informer Apple, qui te remboursera le cas échéant le prix d'achat ; Spootly étant gratuit, aucun remboursement n'est dû.
Tu t'engages à ne pas utiliser Spootly depuis un pays visé par un embargo, ni à figurer sur une liste de personnes ou d'entités frappées d'interdiction.
Apple et ses filiales sont tiers bénéficiaires de ces conditions et peuvent s'en prévaloir à ton encontre, dès lors que tu les as acceptées.

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account you confirm that you are. One account per person. Access to your location is required: without it the app cannot suggest anyone and does not work.
Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address; you are responsible for access to that mailbox. First name and date of birth are locked once the account is created. You can delete your account at any time from your profile: deletion is permanent and erases your profile, photos, partners, conversations and scores.
Objectionable content and abusive behaviour have no place on Spootly. The following are prohibited:
Every profile can be reported and every person blocked from within the app. Reports are reviewed and an account may be suspended or deleted without notice. Contact: contact@spootly.app.
Your photos and messages remain yours. You grant Spootly a limited right to store them and show them to the relevant people, solely to operate the service. That right ends when the content or the account is deleted.
Spootly does not verify the identity of its members and does not organise sessions. Any meeting is at your own risk. Take the usual precautions: meet in a public place the first time, tell someone where you are going. Sport carries risks that you accept.
The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from its own fault.
You may leave at any time by deleting your account. The provider may close an account that breaches these terms.
These terms bind you and Aleksandar Arsic, not Apple. Apple is in no way responsible for Spootly or its content. Apple provides no maintenance or support and gives no warranty for the app: any claim relating to Spootly — conformity, product liability, infringement of third-party rights, consumer protection — is the provider's responsibility, to the extent permitted by law. Should the app be defective, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Spootly being free, no refund is due.
You undertake not to use Spootly from a country subject to an embargo, and not to be listed as a prohibited person or entity.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you once you have accepted them.
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published at this address. Governing law and jurisdiction: Swiss law, jurisdiction: Valais.

Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit im Profil löschen: Die Löschung ist endgültig und entfernt Profil, Fotos, Partner, Unterhaltungen und Ergebnisse.
Anstößige Inhalte und missbräuchliches Verhalten haben auf Spootly keinen Platz. Untersagt sind insbesondere:
Jedes Profil kann in der App gemeldet und jede Person blockiert werden. Meldungen werden geprüft, und ein Konto kann ohne Vorankündigung gesperrt oder gelöscht werden. Kontakt: contact@spootly.app.
Deine Fotos und Nachrichten bleiben deine. Du räumst Spootly das eingeschränkte Recht ein, sie zu speichern und den betreffenden Personen anzuzeigen, ausschließlich zum Betrieb des Dienstes. Dieses Recht endet mit der Löschung des Inhalts oder des Kontos.
Spootly überprüft die Identität der Mitglieder nicht und organisiert keine Termine. Jedes Treffen erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Triff die üblichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen: das erste Mal an einem öffentlichen Ort, und sag jemandem Bescheid. Sport birgt Risiken, die du übernimmst.
Der Dienst wird ohne Zusicherung durchgehender Verfügbarkeit bereitgestellt. Im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen beschränkt sich die Haftung des Anbieters auf unmittelbare Schäden aus eigenem Verschulden.
Du kannst jederzeit gehen, indem du dein Konto löschst. Der Anbieter kann ein Konto schließen, das gegen diese Bedingungen verstößt.
Diese Bedingungen bestehen zwischen dir und Aleksandar Arsic, nicht mit Apple. Apple ist für Spootly und dessen Inhalte in keiner Weise verantwortlich. Apple leistet weder Wartung noch Support und gibt keine Gewährleistung für die App: Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit Spootly – Mängel, Produkthaftung, Verletzung von Rechten Dritter, Konsumentenschutz – richten sich im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen gegen den Anbieter. Bei einem Mangel kannst du Apple informieren; Apple erstattet gegebenenfalls den Kaufpreis. Da Spootly kostenlos ist, entfällt eine Erstattung.
Du sicherst zu, Spootly nicht aus einem Embargoland zu nutzen und nicht auf einer Liste verbotener Personen oder Organisationen zu stehen.
Apple und seine Tochtergesellschaften sind begünstigte Dritte dieser Bedingungen und können sie dir gegenüber geltend machen, sobald du sie akzeptiert hast.
Diese Bedingungen können sich ändern; maßgeblich ist die unter dieser Adresse veröffentlichte Fassung. Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand: Schweizer Recht, Gerichtsstand: Wallis.
